ICT Integrated Teaching in Classrooms
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
(ICT) is an external term for information technology (IT) that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications and computers as well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage and audio-visual, that enable users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information.
ICT can impact student learning when teachers are digitally literate and understand how to integrate it into curriculum
LANGUAGE LAB
DIKSHA APP is a step to achieve comprehensive learning for both teachers and students. By using this "DIGITAL LEARNING APPLICATION – DIKSHA" both teachers and students can develop their knowledge by accessing a holistic learning environment. However, the government has issued several e-learning portals for the primary, secondary, higher secondary level students.
DIKSHA available as an app, as well as a website, offers text books for students across different boards and languages, and training modules for teachers on subjects that go beyond the curriculum, such as mental well- being and inclusive classroom. Students having access to this app will be able to understand concepts in easy and interactive manner.
SMART CLASSROOMS
Use of smart learning
system increases the interaction of teachers and students, as they follow each
other in the process and it becomes easy for teachers as well, to keep a track
on students learning power. Also, the use of smart classes and modern technology eases the learning process for
all students. Moreover, smart or digital classrooms foster creativity and an
interactive environment would help in bringing in more innovative ideas, more
queries, and more solutions.

TELEVISION
To
support formal education, television usually function as supportive and
reinforcement tool. Television can be attached with school curriculum and time
tables. When systematically organized, it takes form of school broadcast. In
non – formal education, television has a more specific roll to play. There are
four Television sets are available in our school campus through which KALVI
CHANNEL is telecasted to students. They are placed block wise,

SAMSUNG LAB
Samsung Company
has sponsored one smart board and 40 tabs for usage of student’s purpose.
Tablets also make it easy to watch their lesson that are relevant to what
students are learning in the classroom management tool, such as offering time
as a reward.
· ICT and e-learning offer opportunity to raise educational standards in schools.
· Large
range of ICT tools are available for teaching and learning.
· Closes
the gap of “DIGITAL DIVIDE”.
· ICT
helps teachers to interact with students and improve teaching skills, helps in
innovative teaching.
· It
helps in effectiveness of classroom.
· ICT
cannot replace good English teachers.
· ICT is most useful when it is integrated with face- to- face teaching – a ‘blended ‘approach.
